Following Paul's Lead
Paul was a guy that “walked the walk” as a friend, environmentalist, and activist. From his home chapter in Ventura, Paul created Surfrider’s Ocean Friendly Garden program. While Paul left us too early, his legacy lives on in gardens in California and globally, gardens built to protect watersheds through Conservation, Permeability, and Retention.
Our chapter is grateful for Paul’s kind sharing with our OFG coordinator, Robert Nieto, as Rob is instrumental in the training of more citizen volunteers focused on building more OFG’s.
