The city of Grover Beach is considering a ban on expanded polystyrene (styrofoam) takeout containers, which are a pernicious source of beach litter. Please come to the City Hall Council Chambers, 154 S. Eighth Street, Grover Beach, CA 93433, at 6 pm January 8th to support this ordinance.
